I am so glad that you posted on the forum discussion board.  I am also glad that you are an aide and want to pursue a diploma in nursing.  I am very glad that you are taking a course for IV. What I believe you should do next are the following things:

1.  Get your first aid and CPR done.

2.  Do a Google search on what schools that offer Diploma in Nursing.

3.  Look into possibly doing it either online or a hybrid way.

4.  Look into taking other nursing courses  in order to enhance your skills too.

I hope this helps.

I really liked your discussion forum posting.  It was really interesting to read.  I think that the best thing to do is to use the web search engine and type in "Diploma of Nursing."  You can also call schools in your area and see if they offer an online version of the diploma of nursing program.  I wish you the very best and I just want to thank you for joining the important profession of nursing.
