Hey everyone my names Eloise, i have a certificate 3 in aged care and a cert 3 in community care and a cert 3 in employment and training, and very much so want to become a nurse..

I need help in figuring if i should undertake a diploma of nursing at TAFE or a bachelor of nursing at university.. the thing is i havent got a HSC so i may only be able to do the bachelor online, which i feel could be more strenuous as its not face to face..

Do the bachelor. Try entering as a mature student, do what it takes if you can. Don't be afraid of a little hard work upfront. You will always be glad you have for the rest of your life.

These are some great questions that you have asked today.  I am so thrilled that you are doing these certificates in nursing care and that you want to pursue a degree in nursing.  The things that I would recommend are the following things:

1.  learn all that you can about these two different degrees in nursing and what they will do for your career.

2.  Ask the hospitals in your area what they prefer you to have as a newly graduated nurse.

3.  Ask the employers that you are looking at whether or not you should get one degree or the other.

4.  Ask yourself that question to about what and how long you want to be in nursing school?

I wish you the very best.
