Whats the least amount of time that i can give my work place (private nursing home) in reference to resignation?
If i said to them for example if i resigned now on that day would i still be entitled for them to pay my leave and all?

As with any job, it depends on the agreement with your organisation.
Usually it is two weeks, but if you haven't done it already, then I would give them enough warning to replace your shifts for the next roster.
