I have just graduated as a RN and unfortunately did not get a Graduate Nurse Program. Therefore, I have applied for a Nursing Agency, which accepts graduate nurses. Went for interview and got the job.
Im hitting the book trying to revise on everything I’ve learnt. Just hope I could get any advise out there, or information I might missed out on, regarding on what important points to revise, what to bring to the shifts, know-how, and etc.
If anyone has the same experience of starting their nursing career with nursing agency, I need your advice!!
