I have been an EN div 2 (in WA like Endorsed in eastern states) for nine years.I was halfway through my RN convergence when I decided I really didn't want to continue with the same kind of Nursing,Currently as an EN I cannulate, take blood, insert nasogastric tubes, catheterise both male and female, etc. While I realise my role would change fro EN to RN, I literally couldn't cope with graduating and doing the same thing. So, I chose to move straight over to a BMID degree.I just wonder if any others out there have done this? And if so has it ever affected your employability?
