Hi guys,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice for me about agency work as I have just finished my dip of EN. I have applied for agency work and I am worried about work load, medications, other staff members and what to do in an emergency situation because each shift would be at a different hospital and I think nerves would get the worse of me!!
Has anyone had a similar situation or could just give me some advice.
