As nurses we do assessments on every thing so it needs to be more specific. Or are you talking care plans? Sorry I dont know what a nursing model is ment to be. Work with your classmates and talk out your assignments with them it help all of you understand things and you'll be suprised how many people will be in the same boat. Its always a good idea to listen in class and read chapters of your book before class so you can clarifiy in class what you dont understand. Read your subject outline and try read up on it.
