And I need some advice PLEASE!!!! :-)

Can anyone tell me the sorts of things I might need to be prepared for or may expect in an interview.

Its for a grad program at a major hospital in a med/surg ward and I desperately want it. Its what I have been looking for and a super great foot in the door.

Any advice will be very much appreciated.
