I'm registered with AHPRA but find it impossible to get a job because of lack of enough experience. Most employers want at least a year, some two years (I have 6 month of placements only). Does anybody know of a grad program available in Townsville? Seen one at the hospital but that's for RNs. Thanks.

Out here in Melbourne, there is a need for EEN but surely and mostly Aged Care, another option is Rehab Centres hire EEN now. Looking forward to finish my course this novemberX-D

In my view, the course is structured in the wrong way. I spent 12 months in class learning theory but just 6 months on practical placement. It should be the other way around!!
