Is finding work as an EEN easy once i am enrolled as an EEN? Or are RNs more in demand. Just want to see what the future holds for me.

i guess it depends what area of nursing you are interested in. at my old job, about 1/2 the staff were EEN's and the rest RN's. We did team nursing and had 1 RN & 1 EEN per team and it was a fantastic model of care. i now work in intensive care, where they dont hire any EEN;s because of the skills required, so it totally depends where you want to work i think.
