wow its been 2 years since i was last on this site..... i was a very nervous beginning student about to embark on my diploma. To my surprise it was not as hard or scary as i thought, and i was actually a good and successful student. this came as a great surprise to me, as at 43 i thought those days were long gone. i am now at Griffith uni and am technically now half an RN! let meall encourage you to persevere with your studies and know that you CAN di it and do it well. Good luck. xx

Hi Quirks ,

Congratulations on what you have achieved :) Thank you for the information, i begin the Diploma of Nursing on the 30th of September online , and was a little hesitant about this as i would rather learn face to face. This however this is the only way at the moment as we all have families and bills to pay, so will be doing this part time for 2 years . I have to say i have successfully completed many courses and now excited and a little nervous about starting my Diploma , I am sure all will be fine :)

Congratulations again :)

Thank you for this post Quirks. I am anxiously waiting to find out if I have been accepted into the Diploma course (In Tas). You have made me feel excited about the possibilities, I hope to move into RN once I have a good feel of what is expected as an EN. Good luck with your studies!! :D

Hi Everyone,

I too am nervously waiting to hear how I went in the application for Diploma in EN (Hobart)

I would love to hear from anyone who has been through the process here in Hobart, and may be able to offer some insight as to what the next stage is about. (interview etc)

Thanks :)
