I graduated last year as a registered nurse. All of the positions advertised require 12 months experience. I have applied at agencies but they all say their clients require 12 months experience. So no job without experience...no experience without a job I feel like I wasted years of my life getting a degree in a field that everyone says we have a have a shortage in.
note: I know that some student applied for graduate positions and got them. I moved state and once I became eligible for computer job matching the jobs were filled.
