Have asked this question myself, many times, but as far as I know from what little I got is that Qld unlike other states does not allow for EENs after 2nd year doing a BN. I know you're probably looking for work in the mean time kinda thingy but unless things have changed recently, I would assume that we would still have to toil the last year before you can get some work as a nurse.
