Has anyone had any success with this program?
I have not worked at all in the last 2 years and only very casually prior to that in aged care. I saw this program and thought it would be perfect for me as i would like to start working again.
I applied at the start of the year and eventually got a call from my local hospital stating they had no place for me. I then left it 6 months and contacted the website who said that this had happened before. I then contacted the hospital directly and left a message, they have not got back to me at all.
I am confused because as I understand it, I do the self directed learning at home and assume the government would pay for my 120 hrs supervision on the wards.
All I want is to do the course and then join an agency or bank so the hospital does not need a vacancy!
So I was wondering if anyone else has had more luck than me.
