when you are logged in, you will see the mini-panel in the top right hand corner of the page.
Click on the link for My Notifications and there you can change the settings for what you have subscribed to.
Simply click in the checkbox next to the items that you no longer wish to receive notifications for and then click on the Remove button.
If you actually want your account deactivated, just send me an email to darren@nursecentral.com.au
