what is the working condition in the UK, USA and middle east. do they offer tax free salary, free accommondation?? if they do, it sound a good deal. what is the housing prise overthere?? as expensive as in Australia??

with all the hard working money that i have been saving, i cant even afford to buy a reasonably good looking unit or house in my local area.

I can only answer part of your question. It isnt my own personal experience, its actually a friend but hopefully it helps. I have a friend who is a Div 1 and currently doing her nursing on a 12 month contract in Saudi Arabia. Apart from the drastic change in lifestyle and interesting beliefs of the ppl that are there I think she really likes it and is glad she did it. She lives on a westerners compund with nurses from all over the world who have come over to work in the same hospital and do the same thing. She gets accomodation included and as far as I know its pretty nice. I know she is bringing back ALOT of cash when she comes back after her 12 month stint.

I think it is a great idea esp if you dont have alot of commitments right now like kids/mortgage etc. You can make some good money, get some great experience and meet some great ppl too.
