Can Hospitals view your medical record when you apply for a job?
Hi there, if I applied at Melbourne Hospital (For example), but I have been a patient there a few times, can the recruitment office/Nurses in charge access this medical record and deny me employment based on what's inside it?
For example, If I have a bad back, and its in my medical file at that hospital, and I apply for a position there, can they deny me that position based on them checking my medical history file? Thanks!
