Hi, I'm currently doing a placement at a private hospital that offers an EN grad program, they state what they will give you ie. mentor, regular debrief sessions etc. It thought this would be good for when I grad next yr, but speaking to a current grad at the hospital, she states she has recieved none of the things the hospital mentioned.

My question, does anyone have any recommendations on graduate programs offered for ENs?
