Hello,

I am starting a graduate year in a medical ward and I am wondering if there is any information that any nurses would know about starting out.

Hi I am starting a grad year on Medical Oncology as well as an acute medical unit,

I Dont know what i should be studying up on before I start.

I guess just the different types of clinical presentations we will be faced with as well as commonly used meds?
