Hi I have an assignment and I have to talk about an ENs scope of practice ..using the ANMC etc 

I'm a little lost where to start.... any help would be grateful :)

Hi Grace91,

first google ANMC scope of practice, and print off what you find there about the EN's scope. Then write it out in your own words. Talk about what ENs are allowed to do. Where does their scope fit in with that of RNs and AINs? Why is their scope different (ie, more or less training, training in different areas? focus of the job?)

You could also talk about changes in the scope of practice - have there been recent changes? Why is that? Are there more coming? What do ENs think about that?
