Hi I am male age 44 looking to do Div2 Diploma in nursing. I live in Brisbane I am looking at going to one of the TAFE’s. I was a Medic in the US Army. I worked and ran the clinic. I was also an EMT for the area around the clinic so I ran the ambulance as well. I learnt a lot about giving IV and to dispense meds since the clinic was in an isolated area. I can do a lot practically I am fine. My spelling and writing are not the best, and I can read fine. My question is.
How much writing do you have to do for assignments?
Exams are the multiple choice or written?
Is much call for male nurses, or would it be harder get a job?
Any other info would be appreciated.
I would like to go on to finish my RN or higher.
