Hey! im a student EN and looking to further my career as the years go on. I would really love to become a midwife and also specialise within the NICU.

My question is what is the best path to go to get my midwifery qualification? would you do your RN then Mid or go straight to Mid

and what is the best way to specialise in the NICU? what is involved to specialise in a particular area?

any help would be greatly appreciated

thank you :-)
