Have just started my Enrolled Nursing about 2 months ago at a Tafe. Have found that the majority of the work is done online at home through our own research, things we have not covered in class. Was wondering if this was normal to be doing all this online work through our own research when we are attending Tafe on a full-time basis? Have other people experienced this? Or are other Tafes or courses that people have attended for their Enrolled nursing a bit better. I am beginning to wonder why I am attending classes when we don't do much and go home to a massive amount of work on the computer, all of which we have to research through various textbooks that were not on our booklist.
I am attending Tafe so that I wouldn't be studying all this by myself, but I feel that I am doing this by distance education while still going to Tafe full-time? Have other people experienced this? Or is it just this Tafe? Love to hear from other people studying at an institution to see if there experience is better.
