Hello, 

I am about to start a EN Diploma of Nursing,

Just wondering if anyone is selling any of the following books:

Martin: Oxford Mini Dictionary for Nurses 7th Ed 2014

Walker: Mastering Medical Terminology ANZ Ed 2012

Smeltzer & Bare's Textbook Medical Surgical Nursing 3rd Ed 2013

Kouttoukidis: Tabbner's Nursing Care 6th Ed 2012

Marieb: Essentials of Anatomy & Physiology 11th Ed 2014

Tollefson: Essential Clinical Skills: 3rd Ed 2015 plus video

Haines: Emergency First Aid 16th Ed 2015

This is a very good idea of asking people for used textbooks because generally they are cheaper in price.  I would ask Amazon.com and see if they have them available.  You can also see is Amazon.com has them for rent or you can check and see if your local library has them to offer.  Sometimes, they have older textbooks that they can rent out to students or they can buy them as well.  Also, you can do an internet search for used older textbooks to buy and see what comes up.  Thank you for your discussion forum post.  I greatly appreciate it.  Purplespider, CNA

Hi,

You can download a free Anatomy and Physiology textbook from OpenStax College. This is what I personally use. Hope this helps a bit!
