Can anyone let me know what vetassess scores they were accepted with?  And what institution it was eg Tafe, Uni or Private?

Hi, I got into chisholm Frankston, I went into the exam really cocky thinking it would be so easy but I panicked under pressure and didn't do as well as I thought I would. It was a little harder than I thought it would be too. My scores were: literacy 34/40 numeracy 30/40 and English written skills 14/20

i didn't finish all the maths questions because I ran out of time.

i still got in though :)

I've already done the test, I got 38/40 for Literacy 27/40 for Numeracy and 19/20 for English writing skills,   I just hope my numeracy isn't too low.

I'm applying for chisholm berwick and just got an email about the info night next week, hopefully they don't leave us hanging too long.

I did this test last Monday, so awaiting results. I bombed out on the Maths test I think, only just got passed half way through...i knew them, just been a while since my brain has had to thing thru maths problems. Didn't realize I had taken so long to do them. I finished the English with time to spare and went to the toilet too. Oh well, a learning curve anyway, no what to expect if I have to do it again. May pay for the practice test next time.

I have a spot at another provider anyway I found out 2 days ago, I did well on their test, was a way different test too. The one I need Vetassess for is my local Uni though, but I think PT even is 2.5-3 days a week, which is to many for me really working FT. I applied just to see if they changes days/dates or anything, and if I got in then suss this stuff out to see if an option at all. Location great, but to many on campus days for me.

Hi LuckyAussieMum!I did the Vetassess too w/c I didn't do well in Maths. English is my second language but I did pass the Writing and Literacy part. Now, I am looking to apply to a private RTO. Tafe is a lot cheaper compare to private once, but it varies with the cost of the tuition fees and ur availability too.

Hi, about to take the Vetassess and freaking out about the numeracy part of the test! What did everyone do to prepare and what sort of things were part of it so I can do my best to brush up on the right parts of the test rather putting brain power into subjects that arnt of much use!

thanks
