hi all

so i guess im just wondering what sort of contact hours on campus im looking at for studing a bachelor of nursing at QUT caboulture? i want to study full time but i most deffenitly have to work 4 days a week to pay for the mortgage bills etc etc i do wont want to study part time as i think i will be over it after 6 years. is there anyone out there in the same position or who is in their first yr now and can tell me how many days they need to be on campus for? i have a really supportive workplace so its a great help as well.

Depends on your job.  Is it a mon- fri, 9-5 job?  If so, i dont think so.

I am at QUT kelvin Grove and there is no way I could work 4 days a week. I have a small child as well though.

To give you an idea, these are my contact hours for this semester:

Monday - 8am - 3pm. (3 x lectures & 1 tute).

Wednesday - 8am - 2pm (3 x tute's)

Thursday - 8am - 10am (1 x lecture)

On top of that, you have prac which is full time - 40 hours per week.
