Good morning ladies! I am hoping to get some feedback on working at a council-run facility vs a privately run facility. Can any of you wonderful ladies give me some opinions? I am interested in knowing if council run ones are better or worse as an employer, and if the resources for staff (training, job opportunities etc) are good or not-so-good, and most importantly, if the clients are looked after well (enough sheets, blankets, facilities etc including food) Honest opinions if you can, and I appreciate every employer has their issues, but an overall idea would be greatly appreciated.
