Topic: The Government to set staffing levels per number of residents in Residential Aged Care Facilities, both RN EEN and AIN.

This will enable 1. residents to get the best care possible and not just the basic care. 2. Prevent employers from using EEN's in parts of a facility, instead of RN'S when the position requires the expertise of an RN
