hi there everyone! i'm doing aged care cert 3 and am finding the essay assignments daunting, any one else feels the same? I'm an old chhok who hasn't studied for donkeys years and wow...........

hi there.
I am mid forties working in Aged Care.
I admire you.
I would like to assist in anything you ask but you have to be more specific.
Our older people need to be treated as if it was our very own mother or grandparents.
that is a good way of looking at it. Do as you would for your own.

Hi All

Can anyone help me with this Question on my cert 3 course. Find out what internal safeguards there are within organisation and list them? How are they useful?

I though it might have something to do with policies and procedures but not sure. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi everyone I found this excellent site by accident and am so glad I did!! I have worked in Aged care when I was in my teens and now I am going to do my Aged Care Cert 3 this year and I cant wait ! I did Community Service Cert 4 last year but wish I had of done Aged Care or Disability 3 instead as there are a great need for people in both occupations and I have always enjoyed working with older people.Roll on Febuary I cant wait to get started...
