HI im not sure if u have answerd this but i just completed mine

1) assist to admit, tranfere, and discharge client,  No we dont do this an EN RN ACAT and or director in nursing

2) determine vital signs, Yes you have basic first aid but i was told by trainers not to commence CPR  to get assistance ( Nursing facility that is ) but home care you can check a pulse and check for signs of life etc etc

3)make beds, yes that is a ain / pc job

4) bathe and wash clients, yes Ain or / pc job

5) carry messages, Yes documentation in progress notes verbal communication written comunication

6) liase with Dr to change medication, No

7) assess care plans for clients, Care plans are continually reviewed as a clients needs changes but the facts you see you document and report to supervisor/ but as for changing them ourselves as a ain i would say that's a RN and Dr's job

8) assist with meals / feeding, yes

9)do treatments for clients, i was taught we don't do treatments for clients we don't hold the qualifications for this
