hi im very confused at the moment and no sure what to do,i work in aged care and had a male staff member tell me that he getexcited over cleaning male and females private areas and buttom.i know that this is part of our job to clean but i dont thing it is something anyone could get excoted over,im not sure what to think of this and if i should say something to the don.please help.

Hi Figgywiggy.

I am so pleased you sent in this query. This is very serious. If what you say is truth this person is abusing the residents-this is sexual abuse. There is such a thing as Mandatory Reporting. You must report this to your supervisor. You can do this confidentially. Well done.
