Hi everyone, I am about to start studying cert 3 in Home and Community Care. My problem is, does anyone know where their is an online course that is nationally recognised and that I can pay as I go. I mean pay module by module? I have looked at tafe and some are $2000.00 up front. any help would be so greatful. Lee

Hi happynfun,
Have you had a look at the OTEN website? (www.oten.edu.au)
They offer Cert 3 in Home and Community Care online, it costs $686, but you could be elligible for a conncession fee, in which case it is only $151. ANd their courses are nationally recognized. I don't know anywhere that you can pay module by module, though...

oten in which i am startin up now cost me $343 for 6 months and if i finish the course in that time thats all i have to pay.. plus $50 for books etc..

Hi happynfun, the cost of OTEN courses are bit high for now but they are good in term of learning experience
