hi all i am a student nurse and have a research subject that i need to have a survey completed by other nurses about 12 hour shifts and the effects that it has on nurses. the survey is on 10 Questions and is only Multiple choice so is quick and easy. thank you for taking the time to complete my survey if you chose to complete it, if not thank you for taking the time to read this and if you would like please give your opinion on the topic in this forum.

I work 12hour shifts as an EN when doing Mental Health secondments and community sleep overs. Collectively i have only worked nightshifts since 1996. What did you want to know??
