Hi Everyone, I have recently enrolled with Careers Australia. I was wondering if anyone could provide me with some feedback and experiences they have had Studying with Careers Australia.

I have heard some mixed reviews and just hoping I have done the right thing?

Thank you :-)

Hi Lockie,

I enrolled with Careers Australia and started on the 18/02/16 studying Blended.

I found them to be very sales savy, I received emails and phone calls leading up to my course then nothing once they got me in. Secondly I had found them to be very disorganised no structure and their Burleigh campus air conditioning is so old it doesn't work and got me wondering where does the $24,000 course cost go because all they supply you is with two polo shirts. You have to print all your workbooks, one book was 82 pages and I had to refill my printer twice $$$$. They charge you for a copy of anything. Administration staff are rude. And my online teacher whenever I ask her a question told me to read section (whichever) in my hand book. She never answered a question...we would received emails three days late or on the day. For example I'm sitting in lab which started at 8.30am and we get an email at 9.30am from the on line teacher saying today is your lab day take blur blur I thought Gee this information would have helped a week ago..Not a helpful college at all after they get you signed up. Ps I thought it odd that when we sat the literacy and numeracy test the teacher let us keep doing it until we passed.

Now I have cancelled my enrolment before the census date 29/2/16 and the adminisration staff are not returning my calls or emails. I have read that they do not close your enrolment and you don't know until down the track you apply for a loan but you still have a Vet fee debt because of them..

I agree also! I studied with them and it was the biggest mistake.

Also note that they are not telling you about the government fee loan. So I thought the whole cost of the diploma was

$22 500 and its actually $27 000..!!
