Ive currently got a spot in an RN program with Charles Darwin Uni (external)
Ive also applied for EN at Port Adelaide (on & off campus).
My current job cant guarantee ill get time off for placements which is why ive considered EN so i can get into the nursing workforce quicker and then continue with RN online.
Does anyone know the difference between pay rates for an EN and RN during the grad program? I saw an EN grad program which was paying a base of $38k. I udnertsand nurses earn more with nights and weekends but $38k seems pretty low for a grad program and i earn more than that in a job where no qualifications are necessary...
