I've applied :) I've put PA as my first preference though and GP as my second x is there any where we can find out how we scored against others in the TABS. I'm so nervous.

Dont think so. I think first offers are given on 14th Jan so I suppose its sit and wait. I wish we could have some idea on how many others applied and what qualifications they have. Fingers crossed :-)

Hi, I thought I would let you know that SATAC has made offers on Friday. So if you want to find out if you have a place just go on the SATAC website :)

Hi mcgoo, I got into Mt Barker full time :) . I'm nervous too. I found a link that has outlines of some of the units http://courses.gotafe.vic.edu.au/nursing/ I also got in early and got the Marieb -anatomy and physiology book from Adelaide Uni bookstore. I hope this helps :)

update #1
I found this website whilst searching for online enrolled nursing modules. Although it is not exactly the same as what TAFESA will use (I am guessing the course will use moodle). It would be good to start looking over things early to gain an understanding of the topic before the lectures. Good luck this year :)

Hi Ladies, I just got my offer from SATAC tonight the 24th, went online to check and there it was! Great, I will be at the Port Adelaide Campus, Gilles plains was my second choice, Mt. Barker my last resort if needed. I live in Adelaide City so need to study close to home as possible. Looking forwards to it all. Come from a background in Beauty Therapy and a this time interested in Cosmetic Nursing, but who know where the journey will take me. All I know having a Nursing Qualification certainly would not hurt or go a miss I am sure. I hear the work load is enormous, but possible and extremely rewarding. All the best everyone

I was told at an info session on RPL that PT can take 2-3 years. I hope I can some how do it a little faster or around that 2 year mark. Sadly I can;t afford to study full-time with having to work & wanting to get out of the rent trap and purchase a house with my partner, I have finally taken the plunge to becoming an EN. I have NASA HCA orientation on the 14th I hope can pick up lots of shifts as pcw
