Hi everyone

I am graduating in October and I am unsure what I must provide to AHPRA regarding the English level.  I am an Australian born and bred so i am unsure what proof of English I am to provide.

A year 10 English schools Board?

Thanks

I too have the same problem as you, but I finished school 35 years ago so trying to find school records for myself is rediculous. i have been told you can do a stat dec but I will find out more info. It needs to be five years secondary or tertiary study in English, doesnt have to be concurrent. Below is what they sent me in a reply for information.

Please contact your secondary school/s and/or the relevant state or territory education board in the first instance to obtain a letter which provides the following information:

  • the name and address of your secondary education institution/s
  • the years and levels (for example, Year 10, 11 and/or 12) you attended secondary education
  • the highest level you completed in secondary education and
  • the studies completed as a full-time student and/or as a part-time student

Thanks nellnell

Thanks so much for your reply  :-)   It is daunting when it has been so long since you attended High School, and although I have completed other courses, Im not sure if they count.  I guess if your secondary school marks were ok there is nothing to worry about.

The whole process is a little overwhelming and now I know it doesnt have to be concurrent - well thats made life a whole lot easier  :D

When do you graduate?
