I am a graduate RN and finished my studies in December 2017. Since then I have been applying for jobs but have been unsuccessful due to my lack of experience. I have applied for the graduate nurse program twice already, and had interviews for both but did not get a position. The next application process for the graduate program is coming up in July and it’s the last time I’m eligible to apply. I feel like my downfall is interviews. All the questions asked seem to be scenario based and I really struggle with explaining what I’d do in words. I was wondering if anyone on here knew of any common graduate interview questions or if anyone had any advice regarding interviews? I’m desperate to get a position seeing as this is the last time I can apply.
