I am trying to create a safe learning environment for student nurses. We are developing a scenario based simulation to assist learners to build confidence and skills.
I would love to hear of any opinions or ideas that I could develop. We are creating a Job interview simulation and a number of roles plays, considering some self defense scenarios, maybe even theatre nurse days.
I am interested to hear what you were worried about or what you wish you could have learned at Uni that would have really helped you in your job.
