Hey Everyone,

Just wondering how everyone found their grad interviews? what did you have to do? I've heard of panels, 1:1, songs to write and practical sessions

yeah, apparently it was in ice breaker to the interview process. Mater went from a panel interview (last year) to a group session with interactive stations, scenarios etc.

Yeah, when we had the interviews, they said that it was a new interview process this time around, and thats why I had a feeling I wouldnt get a job there, coz they had so many groups attending, 8per group, so naturally your chances of getting a job are slim. Oh well. Dont know about the Mater Public, coz they never called me, and yet they sent me a letter on Monday saying I wasnt successful...well nuh dah!!! lol.

I really don't like the sound of that style of interview process at all. How would a quiet achiever succeed in an environment like that.

I would like to know what they are getting at pitting people against each other face to face. Yes I know you have to be reasonably outgoing and a people person but personally I would feel VERY uncomfortable doing a job application like this.

Reeks of similarites of trying to get into the big brother house.

Better served going for a position in a facility that respects dignity...Icebreaker...............please.
