I'd like a supportive environment to start nursing in, so does anyone know which hospitals are better known for this? So far I've found a couple of smaller private hospitals which appear to offer a really great program, but then on here I've seen a thread saying about smaller private hospitals that haven't provided a lot of support. I'm in New Zealand, so don't have the benefit of being able to ask around or investigate more than this! Any info greatly appreciated :)

There are a few different options as far as Grad Nurse programs go, it's a large organisation and definitely has great support and location. Good luck with your studies and search.
