Ash (offline) Joined: Jan 2010 Location: Posts: 3	Fri Jan 29, 2010 4:01 pm Hello Im hoping that someone can help me find a Grad Program! I have just finished my Cert IV in Nursing (Med Endorsed) and sent in my registration a week ago so hopefully i will be a registered Div II Nurse soon! I really want to do a Grad Program but just about every hospital i have called is full for the Feb intake and wont be taking anymore grads until July. Which means i have to wait to then and i really dont want to! Im not confident enough to go out and work yet.. Or does anyone know of an organistation that is happy to take Div II's with little experience? I'd really appreciate your help Thanks

New grad rns also finding a position difficult even getting told by aged care companies they not taking new grads.knock back after knock back getting frustrating, guess its just a waiting game for something to come up.
