Hello everyone! My colleagues and I are currently collaborating in making a website designed for nurse. Our goal is to reach out to all the nurses via the internet who want to continuously refresh their knowledge about Nursing and help them further their careers such as passing the NCLEX-RN. We call it “Nurses E-Learning Center”
The upcoming site is perfect for future NCLEX-RN takers because it uses practice test software so close to the exam itself. Our group is frequently exchanging information to make this site friendly, helpful, informative, and useful. We are promoting teaching techniques that help retain. So instead of the somnolent “passive learning” we are introducing the “active learning” way of teaching, that is having fun while learning or reviewing. We personally believe that mobilizing your brain cells through fun activities would promote retention, so we incorporated games related to Nursing and its context. In that manner we are not only promoting skills and knowledge retention but killing the boredom as well.
We are planning to launch our site, the “Nurses E-Learning Center” soon. We are currently on our finishing stages and we all hope you could pay us a visit as soon as the site is available.
