I just finished my last subject, clinical placement today and submitted my clincal document to the Uni, the Uni said they will complete me and sent the document to AHPRA directly, in the mean time,I can fill the pre application form to apply for the rego now, I know its a bit late, but I am confused which form should I fill, the Application - general registration - AGEN-04 or the Application for general registration as a Registered Nurse, Enrolled Nurse or Midwife for students completing studies in Australia in 2010 - ASGR-40 (984 KB,PDF) ? I am finishing in Feb 2011, but the the second one is for student finishing in 2010, which one should I fill?

i would guess its the second option even though technically its now 2011, your still only JUST finished. but perhaps call the board to double check and avoid delays if its not that form.

thank you?very much, I 've joined the horrible long waiting list today, I got 40 credits from my previous qaulification, so they had me fill the fisrt one, that's a bit more complicated and possiblely I need to wait much longer than you guys, .......frustrated already, cant understand why AHPRA can suvive being like this...
