*sigh* So I applied for Tafe to do a Diploma of nursing, it was really popular this year and most people applied for full-time which meant for those who just missed out and had high scores got offered a Part-time position. I was one of them, as I now find out I missed out by 2 spots, mainly coz my numeracy wasnt as high as my Literacy. Anyway so this Tuesday just gone I got a phone call to say someone dropped out, and would I want to go full-time which they knew id already accept as id only emailed them a week before checking if there were any vacant spots that had become available. SO I went in on Wednesday to get my timetables, because I now have missed orientation, I feel very stressed about this because im an organised person and was so set to start on the 21st. So the full-timers started end of January which means I have 2 weeks of work to catch up on, one of my units actually ends this week. I have no doubt I will catch up, I feel pretty confident its just missing the orientation that has now thrown me into a spin with a million questions, upside the head of nursing was very helpful and seeing how I can catch up on the weeks ive missed. So now I start on Monday, very excited, although apprehensive as well, because they have all met and started to form groups etc...so I will be the "new kid" LUCKY im not a shy person.
When does everyone else start?
