Hi All ,

Im considering nursing training - I have degrees in other subjects that I studied more than 10 years ago . Can anyone suggest an accelerated - /distance education options to train as a registered nurse in Brisbane /QLD ?. I am currently a medical librarian (for over 10 years) .I have contacted QUT , Think Nursing - and have received no clear answers !.

Any suggestions and advise would be gratefully received !!.

From bitter personal experience I can't recommend strongly enough that you stay away from OUA, on the other hand Central Queensland has a great reputation for their nursing course.

you can study the Bachelor of Nursing through CQUni via distance. There is a Campus at Noosa where you will attend Residential School each semester and your Clinical Placment will be close to your residence. call 132786 for assistance
