Hi everyone
I have been advised to join a union as a nursing student and as a working PCA (aged care) I am a bit lost on this as I have only been in a union once in my life (when I was young and working in a warehouse - Kennett was in, so I had to strike)
My question is, What union is best for me (in victoria) and are there any that people recommend? I understand that it is important to be in a union, but am a bit confused as to which one is the best for my situation. Any information would be appreciated!
