Hi all,

I'm a new member to the forum - in my first year of PT BN study at Griffith Uni in Nathan, Brisbane.

I need some clarification from anyone who knows --- the subject is Clinical Health Assessment. I've been unfortunately ill and haven't been on-campus so can't ask in person, I'm only able to work off the resources provided online.

What IS the sedation score in CHA?

Thanks in Advance .. hope you can help me!

Chelle

sedation score is:

S: asleep/stirs to touch
0: alert
1: sometimes drowsy/easily roused
2: often drowsy/easily roused
3: often drowsy/difficult to rouse

Im an ICU nurse and we use this score everyday on sedated patients, but it also gets used in many other areas such as ED
