Can anyone give me a general idea of what the hours are like on campus.

Ive just applied for enrollment for next semester and just wondering, i'm a bit hyped up actually and absorbing every snippet of info i can get my hands on.

Any info is much appreciated.

How exciting !!

Hi Blissful,

I am a semester 1 EN student, your timetable will probably vary from Tafe to Tafe.

I am in Geraldton and my timetable was

Mon: Legal & Ethical 3hrs for 9wks + Confirm & Analyse 2hrs for 10wks

Tue: Communication 3hrs for 8wks + Critical Thinking 2.5hrs for 7wks

Wed: Plan of Care 3hrs for 13 wks + Safety Cluster 2.5hrs for 12wks

Thu: Confirm & Analyse 3hrs 10wks + Multicultural Cluster 3hrs for 13wks

Fri: Confirm & Analyse 3hrs 10wks.

all classes started at 9am and finished by 3 except thursday which finished at 3.30.

We now have 3 wks off then have Prac 4 days at a nursing home, then 8 days at one of the hospitals.

Hope that helps and best of luck. PJ

oh wow PJ - that sounds pretty full on!!

I rang up Challenger TAFE to get a heads up on the timetable - they couldn't confirm specifics, but they hinted that it would be 3 days full time.

HI Blissful

What TAFE have you applied too? I've applied for Challenger Fremantle - second semester.

Yep same :) Not sure if i'll get in though, i got D's for maths in year 10, but didn't do maths in year 11,12.

I'm 30 this year so applying as mature age hopefully that works in my favour. Im super excited though and crossing all my fingers and toes

Hi Blissful
Hope you're good. I rang Freo Tafe and they advised that they wont know the timetable for next semester until mid June, but told me that Semester 1 timetable was

Monday - 9-3.30
Tuesday 9-4
Friday 9-3
with Wed/Thurs being study days.

The lady I spoke too said it might be the same, or completly different and she'll email me once she knows.

Hope this helps....

Suz
