DJWSSRN (offline) Joined: Nov 2015 Location: Posts: 1	Mon Nov 23, 2015 2:11 am Hi everyone, I've just completed my 2nd year. Been working as an AIN since my first clinical placement. I am wondering if there is any way in the final year I could work as an EN in Queensland (I go to QUT). I understand they are different courses but my sister who is an RN said you were able to work as an EN in the final year. If anyone could help me out with any info I'd be extremely greatful! ratty (offline) Joined: Feb 2014 Location: Posts: 17	Feb 18, 2016, 07:55 pm hi, I'm pretty sure you can't work as an EN unless you have the qualification - I doubt AHPRA would allow it and the facility would be unlikely to hire you as that when a) you don't have registration as an EN and b) they could just hire you as a (cheaper) AIN. cheers, r.
